I love trying new things. This had just the right amount of kick mixed with sweet.
It makes an amazing drink--the curry flavor adds a little peppery zip but isn't too much for a heat-phobic palate like mine--and it has a hidden use as an added ingredient to chocolate chip cookies! I added 1/2 cup to a standard cookie recipe and found that baking it rounds out the bit of heat and adds a lovely curry undernote.
